Herringbone Brick Embossing Parchment Sheets – Pack of 6

Add structured geometric texture to cookies and confectionery with the Herringbone Brick Embossing Parchment Sheets. Featuring interlocking rectangular blocks arranged in a classic herringbone pattern, these sheets create a clean, architectural impression on royal icing, buttercream, melting chocolate and hard candy. The versatile design complements modern celebrations, construction themes, housewarming treats and contemporary bakes.

For royal icing, slowly press the embossed side onto freshly applied icing, working from one edge to help prevent air pockets. Allow the icing to dry completely before carefully peeling away the parchment to reveal the herringbone brick pattern.

Made from 100% wood-pulp parchment, each sheet features a food-grade silicone coating on both sides and is heat resistant up to 450°F (approximately 232°C). The sheets can be reused a few times, depending on the ingredients used and how carefully they are handled.
