We offer free delivery on all UK orders over £200 (ex VAT).
Orders are despatched from Cake Thrive Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). All the below options are based on orders placed before 2pm (GMT) Monday to Friday. If you order after 2pm or at the weekend, your order will be despatched on the next available working day. *Larger orders may take up to 5 working days to be dispatched.
Shipping charges for international orders are calculated on the weight and size of the order and we will contact you with a quote. Any shipping quote you receive from us does not include import charges, customs fees or duties and you will be responsible for those charges when your order arrives in your country. Payment for any shipping charges must be received before we dispatch the order. Delivery times will vary depending on the services available and where in the world the order is being shipped to. In line with the new Brexit regulation on January 2021, tax and duty fees will be collected. Payment instructions will be emailed to you by customs. Additional fees will be charged for the return or cancellation of the order in case the tax/duty is unpaid. If the order is not required anymore or if the duty fee is unpaid, a 15% restocking fee will apply. Please note that the shipping is non-refundable.
