This Renshaw professional ready to roll icing is a sugarpaste which is all ready to roll out to cover your celebration cakes. Knead well before rolling out as this will give a smooth finish to your cake, and help eliminate any cracks or crazing which may appear as you apply it to the cake.
In addition, if you add a bit of tylo you can use it for basic modelling.
Store in a cool, dry place away from light. Do not refrigerate or freeze. Once opened, wrap in cling film, and place inside an airtight container to prevent drying out.
