Create a beautiful shiny mirror-like glaze effect on your creations. Ideal for use on cakes, ice creams, pastries, creams, mousses and frozen desserts.

Instructions for use

Pour the glaze into a bowl

Heat at 35/40 degrees C

Stir slowly to obtain a homogeneous product

Pour over a very cold cake

Put in a shock freezer for one minute and decorate.

Product has to be stored in a cool and dry place, shielded from direct light.
