25% chocolate solids minimum.

Suitable for vegetarians.

How to Use: Knead the required amount of Cocoform modelling chocolate until pliable. As this is chocolate, be careful not to over-knead as the warmth will cause the chocolate to melt.

If desired, the white modelling chocolate can be coloured with cocoa butter colourings at this stage.

Models can then be made by hand or by pressing the modelling chocolate into a mould.

If rolling the modelling chocolate to use as a cake covering or to cut out shapes, use a non-stick board dusted sparingly with sifted cornflour or greased with a little vegetable fat.

Once your creation is complete, remember to keep in a cool place so that it holds its shape well.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry, odourless environment in an airtight container.Simply model, sculpt and mould beautiful chocolate creations.
