Recipe Idea: Strawberry Layer Cake
Add strawberry powder to your vanilla buttercream for a naturally pink frosting. Use it between sponge layers and to coat the outside of the cake, then finish with freeze dried strawberry pieces scattered over the top and base for natural strawberry flavour and colour contrast.
