Lemon Branches Embossing Parchment Sheets – Pack of 6

Bring fresh botanical texture to decorated cookies and confections with Lemon Branches Embossing Parchment Sheets. The detailed pattern features sliced lemons, citrus wedges, leaves and flowing branches—ideal for summer celebrations, garden parties, Mediterranean themes and fruit-inspired designs.

Gently press the embossed side onto freshly applied royal icing, working gradually from one edge to reduce air pockets. Allow the icing to dry completely before carefully peeling away the parchment to reveal the pattern. The sheets can also be used to add texture to chocolate, buttercream, hard candy and other suitable confections.

Made from non-toxic, 100% wood-pulp parchment with a two-sided food-grade silicone coating, each sheet is heat resistant up to 450°F (approximately 232°C). With careful handling, the sheets may be reused a few times, depending on the ingredients and application.
