The Liquid Shiny from Saracino is a confectioners glaze which is ideal for achieving a high shine, glossy finish. Simply apply with a brush to finished sugar work.
This glaze is only edible when dry; allow to dry completely before consumption and do not drink. Do not inhale the fumes.

How to use:
Spray with airbrush to protect and polish sugar-based products or chocolate. Clean the equipment only with ethanol after use. Shake well before using.
