This impression mat from PME is ideal for use with a range of edible and non-edible materials including sugarpaste, fondant, gum paste, marzipan, and even modelling chocolate.

This textured embossing mat is double-sided, with grooves on both sides. This allows you to have either the polka dot effect in the indentations or as a fully raised bubble-like pattern.
