Santa Fe Stitch Embossing Parchment Sheets – Pack of 6

Add distinctive woven-style texture to cookies and confectionery with the Santa Fe Stitch Embossing Parchment Sheets. Featuring a repeating geometric pattern of diamonds and stepped stitch-inspired details, these sheets create a crisp decorative impression on royal icing, buttercream, melting chocolate and hard candy. The versatile design works beautifully for Western, rustic, boho and geometric-themed bakes.

For royal icing, slowly press the embossed side onto freshly applied icing, working from one edge to help prevent air pockets. Allow the icing to dry completely before carefully peeling away the parchment to reveal the stitched geometric pattern.

Made from 100% wood-pulp parchment, each sheet features a food-grade silicone coating on both sides and is heat resistant up to 450°F (approximately 232°C). The sheets can be reused a few times, depending on the ingredients used and how carefully they are handled.
