Squires Kitchen Edible Wafer Paper is a versatile medium that can be used in clever ways to add decorative touches to cakes, cupcakes and biscuits. It’s strong, flexible and ultra-fine, making it suitable for all kinds of uses in baking and sugarcraft.
Wafer paper is so easy to use – simply cut out the shapes you need to create delicate edible decorations such as feathers, butterflies, blossoms and bows! It’s also great for making realistic flowers as wafer paper is very fine, easy to manipulate and has no drying time.
Edible Wafer Paper also offers a quick, easy and effective way to add texture to cake tiers. Use these handy edible sheets with paper craft techniques, such as quilling, folding and decoupage, to create contemporary cake decorations. You can also draw onto wafer paper with food colour pens or add depth with dust (powder) food colours.
If you want to make personalised cake, cupcake or cookie toppers, Squires Kitchen Edible Wafer Paper can also be used with an edible ink printer. The paper has a smooth, shiny surface which means you can print your own edible images clearly and easily.
Available in packs of 10, these wafer paper sheets can also be used as edible, non-stick baking sheets for English macaroons, biscuits, nougat and other small bakes. This wafer paper is completely edible and has a subtle, sweet flavour that will complement all your favourite recipes.
