The LorAnn Super Strength Flavors are concentrated flavors, also known as candy oils or candy flavours. These flavours contain no vegetable oils. The term candy oil refers to a type of flavour that is concentrated and undiluted. These flavours are 3 to 4 times stronger than flavours based on water and alcohol.
When substituting these flavours for extracts, use ¼ to ½ teaspoon for 1 teaspoon of extract. These flavours don't diminish when exposed to high heat.
