Ingredients: Propellants (Butane E943a, Isobutane E943b, Propane E944), Caoco butter.
Allergen information: Contains cocoa butter. Made in a factory that uses soya lecithin.
Warnings: Extremely flammable aerosols, a pressurized container which may burst if heated. Keep out of reach from children. Keep away from heat, hot surfaces, sparks, open flames and other ignition sources. Do not spray on an open flame or other ignition sources. Do not pierce or burn even after use. Protect from sunlight. Do not expose to temperatures exceeding 50'C.

The Cocoa Velvet Butter Spray doesn't alter taste whilst giving deserts a fresh layer of texture. This is a fab product for ice-creams and chilled desserts such as cheesecakes & mousse.
To use leave the can at 25C for at least 2 hours, to do this it is best to place in warm water. Shake well before use, spray an even thin uniform layer from approx 25-30 from the surface. Avoid overuse. Recommended setting time before consumption is 4 hours.
