Fat Daddio’s ProSeries Cookie Sheet features a slim and durable design with a 1-1/2 inch raised edge for easy handling. Ideal for baking cookies and an endless variety of confectionery delights. Thinner cookie sheets do not retain sufficient heat in the oven to bake evenly, and steel cookie sheets continue baking even after being removed from the oven.
