Twisted Sweater Embossing Parchment Sheets – Pack of 6

Add a cosy knitted texture to cookies and confectionery with the Twisted Sweater Embossing Parchment Sheets. Featuring alternating rows of cable-knit twists and fine stitched details, these sheets create a dimensional sweater-inspired impression on royal icing, buttercream, melting chocolate and hard candy. The design is ideal for Christmas cookies, winter celebrations, autumn bakes and cosy seasonal themes.

For royal icing, slowly press the embossed side onto freshly applied icing, working from one edge to help prevent air pockets. Allow the icing to dry completely before carefully peeling away the parchment to reveal the knitted pattern.

Made from 100% wood-pulp parchment, each sheet features a food-grade silicone coating on both sides and is heat resistant up to 450°F (approximately 232°C). The sheets can be reused a few times, depending on the ingredients used and how carefully they are handled.
