Add intricate floral texture to cookies and confectionery with the Floral Lace Embossing Parchment Sheets. Featuring an ornate arrangement of roses, lace medallions, netting and decorative scrollwork, these sheets create a detailed impression on royal icing, buttercream, melting chocolate and hard candy. The romantic design is ideal for weddings, anniversaries, bridal showers, Mother’s Day and vintage-inspired bakes.

For royal icing, slowly press the embossed side onto freshly applied icing, working from one edge to help prevent air pockets. Allow the icing to dry completely before carefully peeling away the parchment to reveal the floral lace pattern. Leave the design understated or highlight selected details with piped accents or edible colour.

Made from 100% wood-pulp parchment, each sheet features a food-grade silicone coating on both sides and is heat resistant up to 450°F (approximately 232°C). The sheets can be reused a few times, depending on the ingredients used and how carefully they are handled.
