The Renshaw Extra Ready-to-Roll Icing is firmer and more elastic than Renshaw standard ready-to-roll. This is perfect for hotter and more humid climates and is great for covering deep cakes and sculpted novelty cakes as it has more resistance to tearing.
To use, knead until pliable and roll out on a surface lightly dusted with icing sugar. Use product at room temperature.
This pack size will cover an 8 inch (20cm) round cake.
