Royal Icing PowderMix - 500g Best Before: 2/28/2025

Royal Icing is a hard white icing ( the can be coloured). Perfect for various cake decorations.

Use 500g of powder for water 70ml. The product has a drying time which varies from 2 to 3 hours.
Sieve the royal icing. Put into the mixer, add cold water and mix for 10 minutes. Use as required.
