These are powder colours which can be used in three ways. Their main use is for brushing onto sugar work and in particular flowers. They may also be mixed directly into sugar paste, though this would be far less effective than using paste colour.
Brush onto sugar flowers to give a truly realistic appearance, or to full colour or highlight surface decoration. Powder colour can also be used to colour sugar paste, Royal icing and White Chocolate.
All Sugarflair paste colours are manufactured using edible ingredients which conform to EEC legislation and have kosher status.
