Madame Butterfly is a large Cake Lace mat featuring 4 unique design strips. The deepest design is a beautiful trailing floral on a mesh honeycomb background. The floral patterns are designed to easily match up when joining the design around the tier of a cake.
The slim floral strip design looks beautiful embellished with pearls in the centre of the lace flowers. The pretty butterflies design can be used flat or layer up the butterflies to create dimension, just like the butterflies are fluttering off your cake!
The final floral design, again on a honeycomb background, has flowing rather than straight edges adding movement to the design.
Madame Butterfly is one of the new Cake Lace mats featuring Cake Lace’s brand new silicone mat technology allowing you to create multi-coloured Cake Lace designs! Multi-coloured Cake Lace designs are possible due to a sophisticated design process developed exclusively by Cake Lace. Cake Lace is uniquely able to produce food grade silicone mats with immense amounts of detail, depth and dimension while still retaining the intricate look of realistic lace. (See the back of the Cake Lace packaging for more details on this technique).
