PME Large diamond design impression mat A simple yet effective way to enhance your cake design, Ideal for use with sugar paste, modelling paste, marzipan etc. 

This impression mat can be used to create embossed or raised designs.PME Large diamond design impression mat. Use to add texture and an intricate pattern into sugar paste and chocolate etc.

Simply roll over the top with your rolling pin or spread melted candy buttons over the surface to achieve a different finish to any project. Impression mats can be cut to size, used either side to emboss or raise the pattern in your paste, they are flexible, strong and easy to wash. Measurements - 305mm x 150mm (12 inches x 6 inches).

To use:

Knead and roll out your chosen paste to an even thickness.

Choose the design side and put the mat onto the paste.

Firmly push a smoother across the mat to emboss the design into the paste.

Remove the mat and design will have embossed onto the paste.
