Angel food moulds
Baking moulds in anodized aluminium. Ideal for making both the typical dessert of the Anglo-Saxon tradition, but also sweet and savoury doughnuts.
The characteristic feet of the mould allows cooling the upside-down cake which will detach itself by falling downwards.
